BDO advises Messe Düsseldorf on the con-clusion of a co-operation agreement re-garding the trade fair PackPrintPlas Manila (Philippines)

Messe Düsseldorf GmbH via its subsidiary Messe Düsseldorf Asia Pte. Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Global-Link MP Events International, Inc. regarding the co-operation in organizing and hosting the trade fair PackPrintPlas in Manila (Philippines).
Messe Düsseldorf GmbH was advised in this transaction by an international BDO team in Germany and the Philippines jointly led by Düsseldorf-based partners Jan Odewald (BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft) and Thorsten Schumacher (BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH). The BDO team provided due diligence services as well as legal transactional advice to Messe Düsseldorf GmbH in Germany and the Philippines.
PackPrintPlas is the only trade event series in the Philippines which features the interrelated industries of packaging, plastics, printing and office supplies in one venue.
