BDO Legal advises Fellowmind on the expansion of their German presence with the acquisition of aXon

With effect from 10 September 2020, aXon Gesellschaft für Informationssysteme mbH, specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365, became part of Fellowmind. With the addition of the German aXon-team, Fellowmind strengthens their leading position in the field of Microsoft Business Applications and Digital Workplace.
A team of BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH led by Düsseldorf based partner Thorsten Schumacher has advised Fellowmind group (Barneveld/The Netherlands) on the acquisition of all shares in aXon Gesellschaft für Informationssysteme mbH (Paderborn/Germany) through Fellowmind Deutschland GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
